Destinations: Normal shipping charges are for the continental U.S. (48 States) only, and will be added to your order upon checkout. For shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Canada - please email the Product-Id(s) before ordering merchandise to: sales@tonzastuff.com - we will prepare an invoice and provide shipping information. We do not ship products to other international destinations at this time.

RUSH ORDER: Available for an additional flat charge of $15.00 (DHL AIR), in addition to the normal shipping charge. West Coast delivery is 3 business days, other destinations are 4 business days - includes order processing time. Rush delivery is not available for P.O. Boxes. To add rush delivery - just add the RUSH ORDER item to your cart.

Process Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days and are shipped UPS Ground (or U.S. Postal Service Ground for P.O. Boxes).

Shipping Time: All shipments originate at our Southern California warehouse, which determines the actual delivery date - typically 2-7 business days after the product leaves the warehouse.

See the map below for an estimate of delivery time for your destination, which includes both processing and shipping time.

Delivery close to the Christmas holiday will take an additional 2-3 days.

Tracking: We will e-mail you when your order ships, and provide the estimated delivery date of your order. UPS tracking information will be available after the package arrives at your UPS distribution center, where it will be scanned for the first time.
